Very clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Agreeable bar/breakfast area. Shower room could do with some refurbishment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good outlook onto the river. Handy for town.

Very good as I had made a mistake initially but was sorted out efficiently and promptly.
